Key Features:
- Wide Application: This Stove Offset is suitable for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with operating temperatures of up to 600°C. It is designed for use as a connecting pipe between your appliance and the flue liner, chimney stack, or twin-wall flue system.
- Construction: The Stove Offset is constructed from zero-carbon steel and features a matte black powder vitreous enamel coating. This durable construction ensures that it can withstand the high temperatures generated by various types of heating appliances.

- Ensure that the Stove Offset is installed with the smaller diameter pointing downward. This configuration prevents condensates from escaping and affecting the appearance of the pipe.
- The Stove Offset features a friction-fit joint and does not require sealing of the joints. However, for added security, it is recommended to use a jointing compound such as fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant on each joint to prevent condensate leakage and maintain the pipe’s appearance.
- If you need to cut the Stove Offset during installation, be sure to cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust over time.
- When installing the Stove Offset, always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for safety.
- Maintenance: To ensure the proper functioning of your flue system, make provisions for inspecting and cleaning the chimney. This is especially important for solid fuel applications. Access doors at changes of direction can be installed to facilitate chimney inspection and cleaning. Regular chimney sweeping and maintenance are recommended, with a minimum of once a year for chimneys serving solid fuel appliances.
