Upgrade your chimney installation with our Complete Installation Pack (8 pieces). This complete kit is specifically designed to work seamlessly with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners, ensuring a robust and reliable chimney system.

General Application

This installation pack is perfect for use with MI-FLEX multi-fuel flexible flue liners. According to Building Regulations Document J, a flexible flue liner must be completely enclosed inside a masonry chimney. Non-masonry enclosures, such as timber or plasterboard boxing, are not acceptable. Our components are suitable for appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C (T600 designation), making them ideal for use with wood (less than 20% moisture), smokeless coal, gas, and oil.

Installation Kits

Our installation kits provide a complete solution for installing a flue liner in various scenarios. This specific pack does not include the MI-FLEX liner but includes all other necessary components for a successful installation.

Complete Installation Pack (8 pieces):

1.Register Plates are used to seal off the base of the chimney. This Register Plate is 900mm x 495mm. It has NO access holes so it is suitable for insulation. It is suitable for 125mm and 150mm (5 and 6 inch) Black Stove Pipe.

2. 10m Multi fuel flexible liner made from 316L grade stainless steel. This product carries a Life time manufacturers warranty when installed with Screw-FIX accessories.

3. This Standard fit pot hanging cowl complies with the new BSEN standard. This pot hanging cowl comes with integrated rain cap and bird guard not only allows the chimney liner to be installed without removing the pot, but also prohibits entry by birds and provides increased rain protection. It is used at the top of the chimney pot to take the weight of the liner, This terminal is secured to the flex using the standard jubilee fixing method see installation instructions.

4. Suitable for gas, oil and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°. VIT-Smooth pipe should only be used as a connecting pipe between your appliance and Flue Liner / Chimney Stack / Twin Wall Flue System. VIT-Smooth pipe should NOT be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

5. This 0.6mm 316 stainless steel adaptor is designed to be a transitional joint connecting a ridged single wall connecting flue system to MI-FLEX that is the same nominal diameter.

6. The Debris Collar is attached tightly around the stove pipe on the underside of the register plate. Its function is to stop any heat loss between the pipe and register plate and restrict any chimney debris falling onto the stove.

7. Chimney Notice plates are a Building Regulations requirement. They must be filled out and fixed near to the appliance or within a meter cupboard.
