Delivery Information
At Brite Direct, we aim to provide a reliable, competitively priced delivery service across the UK.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges apply to our orders and are calculated based on the products ordered, their size and weight, and the delivery location.
The applicable delivery charge will normally be displayed and calculated during the checkout process before you complete your order.
For certain products, oversized items, remote locations, offshore islands or orders requiring a specialist delivery service, an additional delivery charge may apply. If this is the case and the correct delivery cost cannot be calculated automatically at checkout, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
If you have any questions regarding delivery costs before placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a delivery quotation.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Many products may be available for delivery within approximately 48 hours (Monday–Friday), while other products may have longer estimated lead times depending on stock availability and our suppliers.
Where an estimated delivery date or lead time is shown on our website, this should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, pallet network delays, supplier delays, weather conditions or other logistical issues, may affect delivery times.
We will always do our best to keep you informed of any significant changes affecting your order.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend that you do not book installers, contractors or other tradespeople until your goods have been received and checked.
DELIVERY INFORMATION KEY POINTS
Delivery charges apply to orders and will normally be calculated at checkout based on the products and delivery address.
Additional charges may apply to remote areas, offshore islands and locations requiring specialist delivery arrangements. Where necessary, we will contact you before dispatch.
Larger items, including stoves, hearths and other heavy products, may be delivered using a national pallet delivery service. Delivery vehicles can be large and are normally equipped with a tail lift.
If your property has restricted access, a narrow road, low bridge, steep incline or any other access restrictions that could prevent a large delivery vehicle from reaching the property, please let us know before dispatch.
Pallet deliveries are generally kerbside deliveries. Drivers use pallet trucks to move heavy goods and therefore require a suitable hard, level surface.
Pallet trucks cannot normally operate safely over gravel, loose stone, grass, steps or steep slopes. In these circumstances, the driver may have to leave the goods at the nearest safe and accessible location.
Drivers are not contracted to carry heavy goods into your house or property. Goods will normally be left on the delivery pallet at the agreed safe delivery point.
Please inspect your goods carefully when they arrive. If you notice visible damage, please make a note of this when signing for the delivery and contact Brite Direct as soon as possible.
We ask customers to inspect all delivered goods thoroughly within 48 hours of delivery and report any visible damage promptly.
If you are not available on the agreed delivery day and the delivery cannot be completed, a re-delivery charge may apply. The amount will depend on the carrier and type of delivery required.
If you would like goods to be left without a signature, this must be agreed in advance. Please be aware that goods left with your permission may be at your own risk once delivered.
If an order has already been dispatched and you subsequently cancel or amend the order, any costs associated with returning the goods may be deducted or charged in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Direct Delivery by Suppliers
Some products may be delivered directly to you by one of our suppliers or manufacturers.
Depending on the product, deliveries may be made using pallet networks or parcel couriers such as DPD or UPS.
If an order contains several different products, they may occasionally arrive in separate deliveries.
Where a supplier needs to arrange a delivery date directly with you, they may contact you using the telephone number or email address provided with your order.
Delivery Delays
Although we work closely with our delivery partners and suppliers, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will do our best to inform you and work with the carrier or supplier to arrange delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
For this reason, please do not arrange installers, contractors or other tradespeople until all goods have arrived and have been checked.
